I just bought my 1st Civic (2002), so I'm not familiar with normal noises, etc. and I'd like to know if the pop when the A/C compressor turns on is normal, because I think is a little bit louder than other brands.

And it isn't just the pop, when you park the car you can feel the brake pedal shaking a little a bit while the compressor is working. Is it normal?

on others cars you normally hear a "click" when it comes on and a "click" when it shuts off, but i think its normal because mine sounds almost like a gargle when it shuts off though, when i first got it i was like wtf, but it works fine, so whats not broke i dont fix , but the pedal shaking idk, maybe its a motor mount
