Hi guys new to this , am about to purchase a 03 H civic , and the owners says that after give or take 15 min. the car stalls and wont start and after waiting like a hour or so only then will it start , car was sitting for 2 years , am looking for some prof. advise to know what am up against , planning on diy the problem . any help would be appreciated .

I don't think is a vtec cause it does say on the the of the engine
is a automatic and a lot of oils on top of the machine got it to start after the two years and noticed smoke coming from the manifold , neither can the owner say if there is a check engine light , after two years he doesn't recall of the light , once i got it to start there was no engine light .
