ok.. well as some of you guys know i blew my motor... i put my new one in, a complete d17a1 with tranny and vtec head. everything is in and works alright but it doesnt go anywhere. even when i put the car in gear in the air and try to spin the axles they dont go. basically i guess its down to the clutch but what could it be? i bled the clutch once already. when i first ran the car it moved for about 20 feet then the axles pop out and i got new axles. i thought that was the problem but now it still doesnt move.

Sounds like somethings wrong with the transmission. Did you do all the regular checks like if you have enough transmission fluid? Maybe when your driveshafts popped out some liquid came out with it.

even if there was no tranny fluid. the tranny will still spin. but in any case i have filled it up with honda mtf. it spun before this point but then it stopped going after the axles popped out. i thought that was the prob but i guess not.
Re: car doesnt go, checked everything...
check the splines on ur axles and in the tranny if they popped out during an attempted acceleration then you might have stripped the splines in the tranny if not that then check the synchronizer in the tranny it is needed to make the gear stay in place so the car doesnt pop out of gear and you might have a bad one who swapped your engine id take it back and be like wtf

to check the synchronizer you have to pull the engine and get the tranny off the synchronizer is a unique looking gear in the tranny and if it is loose or has a broken tooth its bad but from what ur describing above it sounds like your synchro isnt engaging at all so it must be loose. when u put the tranny back to the engine did you align the clutch properly? did you check if everything was there and in its place it may have just been over looked (i dont play with trannys, too many moving parts, and little stuff)
id take it to a transmission shop or get a salvage tranny this is not an easy thing and unless ur a tranny mech its gonna be frustrating
