Transmission Code

Hey guys! I got a question for anyone that would be able to help me out with this issue. I have a 1996 Honda Civic HX Coupe with a 5speed tranny (S40 Tranny). Recently bought it last September as my project car. Drives really well, shifts great, but I have an engine code for P1758/68. I have tried searching everywhere for the reason why I'm getting this code but all I can find is this code matching for the automatic tranny's... and from what I have found it usually refers to the "torque converter" in the auto transmission in which my manual tranny does not have. I've heard some fixes for this code could be adding more tranny fluid as the level of the fluid could be low, but anyone know why I could be getting this code?
