P1768 p1753

I have an automatic 1999 civic ex sedan d16y8 and have some issues. My CEL is on with the D4 light flashing. When I would shift it into any gear from park it would give a hard jerk. And when I would try to accelerate, it feels like the transmission is slipping. It would barely move when I accelerate it. I pulled code p1768 and did research and said that it was internals in the transmission. I then swapped out the transmission and double checked all the connections and everything, start the car up and same thing, CEL on and D4 still flashing. The only difference this time is that the scanner gave me code p1753 and the rpm was at 2500 even after operating temperature. I recently changed the IACV and adjusted the throttle cable so that can’t be the problem for the idling. But so far I’ve checked the voltage for all the transmission solenoids and they all gave me 12volts. I jumped the solenoid from the battery and they all clicked open. The only solenoids I didn’t check was the 2 black one’s with the magnet tip, one located behind the transmission and one being in front of the transmission. Reason for not checking them were because I did not know how to connect them and was told to not jump those solenoids. I checked the voltage on all the connectors on the wire harness that go to the transmission solenoids and they all give me 12volts. I do not know what’s the next step. If anyone can give me some information or advice, that would be helpful. Thank you!
