2000 Honda Civic Ex, B Swapped

Weird noise coming from the left driver side, it makes a loud sound, like a Hitting noise. ONLY when I’m turning AND pressing on the gas. When I turn and DONT step on the gas, I don’t hear anything. When I’m driving straight, no noise, no shake, nothing. I changed the shocks, lower, upper ball joint, new manual rack, tie rods, and swapped wheels from one side to the other, and I don’t know what else to do, if anybody can tell me what to try, please let me know. Here’s some picture,

Possibly worn upper and/or lower control arm bushing(s) causing excessive play and shifting while accelerating and turning at the same time?
