99 Civic LX Fuel consumption problem

99 Civic LX Fuel consumption problem So I bought a used ‘99 civic with 200,000 kms.
done a bunch of work on it but now the only problem is the fuel consumption.. getting like 250km to a full tank.
could bad spark plugs be the only problem or where else should I start looking ? Next I think I’ll change the fuel filter.

Something is very wrong. Plugs, timing, brakes dragging, tire pressure. Should be pretty obvious when you find it
