Exclamation car wont start after cleaning IAVC

Hey guys new to the forum, but today I decided to clean my iavc valve due to my civic idle surging when the car is warm. I took everything apart as instructed cleaning. I cleaned the throttle body and IAVC with throttle body cleaner and waited till it all tried up. I put everything back as it was meant to go but now the car won't start. the car turns over but then instantly dies and won't hold onto any rpm. I took everything apart again and gave it a second clean as well but the problem still persists. Any suggestions on what I should do? i

I have attached a youtube link of what is happeing to the car:

You may have connected the IAVC to the wrong wire harness lead?
