Same thing happened to me and my 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe, I HOPE I can get it fixed for that!
I basically jacked my Honda from the front, and it pushed up the the radiator support bar (?), located under the PS radiator, and pushed up the PS radiator so that it broke off the lug on top! Had to epoxy that hole in the PS radiator with fiberglass tape and goop, but my radiator is not attached to the top frame anymore (no biggie, I think).
Seems like a mod to me, I have an extra fan and radiator on the driver's side. That's kinda pushed up, too, and like the OP, my hood doesn't shut all the way anymore. Hmm ...
Is it really that easy to get the hood down and shut?
