I bought a 96 civic with a ZC motor, but the previous owner bent the valves to the head. So i replaced it with a Y8 vtec head. The dizzy is a brand new vtec dizzy and i had the shop time the car and adjust the valves. The car is running with an INCORRECT dizzy but my issue is my car is not revving past 3500 rpm in each gear and wont go past 80mph in 5th (vtec is not connected as well) could it be my dizzy or limp mode? need help to fix this please.
