Hello! i drive a Honda civic EK with a d16y7 Turbo swap.
I almost finished it but...... i have 1 problem...
Code 41 keeps popping up. I had a 1 wire o2 sensor in my manifold, but now i want a 4 wire o2 sensor since i'm running a turbo manifold.
i try to connect the 4 wire o2 sensor to the ECU but no luck at all...
What i did:
Its a P06 ECU
I bought a new o2 sensor with OEM honda connector.
Green wire to D22 (ground)
Yellow wire to D14 (signal wire)
Black or gray to A6 or A25 (those are the 2 black wires for the heater control)
Checked the Fuse #15 and put in a new one.
After a change i reset the ECU
I almost think that the problem is my ECU it self (Bad ECU) but that's the last thing a wanna change since i have to buy a new one and get a tune again.
So i'm thinking of using the 1 wire o2 sensor again and make it fit in the turbo manifold or can i give the 2 black wires of the o2 sensor (heaterwires) 12v directly from the battery by using a switch or something.
this may sound stuppid but just thinking out loud, hope u guys can help me out.
The picture will show how i connected the wires to the ECU but this is just temporary before i solder something in.
I try my best on the English part
