D16Y7 Coolant in Cylinder 4 and Idle Urging
Okay, so a while back, my 99 LX kicked the bucket, and ended up sitting for about a half of a year, unable to start. Fixed that, and then we realized that there is something wrong with the head gasket and the idle surging, so my buddy and I bought the part and swapped the head gasket. However, now I'm getting coolant in cylinder 4, which from what I've read doesn't seem like it should happen if my head is warped.
I start the car, and it runs mostly fine until it warms up, at which point the idle surge begins, and then the famous white smoke starts puking from the tailpipe. I'm really hoping I'm not going to have to pull the head back off. Is there anything that could be causing the coolant issue that I can do without pulling off the head? I'll deal with the Idle issues after I can get it back to running without puking coolant.
Thanks!

need to take the head to a machine shop to get it checked out. it probably needs to shaved to make it flat again.
and then a new head gasket, buy the oem one

unless somehow you poked a hole in the cylinder wall, but that's pretty unlikely

What's the chance the iac leaking coolant into the intake area?
Just a thought, not sure how likely it may be.
