Hey so ive had this problem for a long time now and its really pissing me off. I have a 97 civic 2 dr coupe ex with a built and boosted jdm gsr b18 and its been doing this thing where ill be driving and itll be fine fine for a random amount of time then itll start like choking and stumbleing. Like the rpms will drop to like almost 0 and then come back up and just keep going up n down in random spots on the rpm meter. Then if its bad itll drop really low then die as im driving down the road. Usually i thought it only did it when i had someone in the passenger seat and when they put there feet close to the ecu harness it would start acting up but ive had that looked at and its not that. And the other day it did it with just me in the. Car then it just went away after getting on the freeway and getting off. Now im thinking its like a valve or something. But its seems to all the sudden act up really bad out of nowhere right when i have two friends get in the car. And itll start dieing over and over. Pllllllleeeeeeassssseeee help my mechanic cant find out whats wrong. then the next day ill drive by myself and itll be fine the whole day.???

Hey, so dude... like test the ICM and igniter in the distributor.

Im pretty sure my distributor is new cuz i had problems like this before. But my car ran fine for three day literally just had someone hop in for a sec and get out and the rpms start bobbing and engines like choking n ****. Then just goes away . But yeah ill try that thanks.
