Lights not working?

Lights not working?
Heya there i just got a 95 1.4liter fastback civic and suddenly none of the other light exept blingers/turnsignals are working.
Dashboard shows that the high beams should turn on and stay on but nothing happens.
The lights are fine as all of the fuses and wiring is also good tho i could not follow tha grounding need to check that still.
Also the light bulb attachmets are bit melted vould that be causing this tho the contacs are still good but just maybe.
What do yall think any ideas or suggestions what to try next?
