1997 DX Sedan, no accessory power to radio harness.
My car recently got stolen (got it back), it seems that my stereo is no longer getting accessory mode power (I checked the wires, ground is good and constant 12v is good, but red switch 12v not working). Could this be related to the way the method they used to start the car to steal it?

How did you check that it was getting to the fuse?
Got a multimeter? Know how to do a continuity test?
