Exclamation P1298 code on 1999 honda civic si EM1

i have changed the ELD twice and the code still appears , its burning my 15a fuse. I dont have brake lights or horn at the moment because of this issue anybody else knows what it could be ? im also getting a P0113 code intake temperature sensor 1 circuit high , im not sure if thats because of the first code im getting the P1298 Manufacture control.

I'd guess that since you have replaced the electrical load detector, that the issue is an actual electrical load problem. Something is drawing too much current.

or

You used a cheap aftermarket sensor. Make sure you buy from honda, or, at least find the part number and buy direct from denso (the company that makes honda sensors).

i actually went to the junk yard and pulled two of them out, i might just go ahead and order one from honda maybe that will work if not i have to look further in to see whats causing it.Do you think the fuse box itself could be the issue as well?
