AirBag recall, with Quick Release?

I just recently bought a 2000 ex civic but it may have an airbag recall but I also have an nrg quick release, should I be worried?

Well, you should put your old steering wheel back on and then figure that out. The street isn’t a race track.

They wont be able to do anything if the car doesn't have air bags. You should have the correct wheel and air bag installed if the car is driven on the street

you don't have an airbag, why worry about the recall? or just do the passenger side
don't get into accidents.
only thing keeping your head from steering wheel (usually the wheel wins) is the seat belt, wear it.
