Odometer froze 1999 Civic
Hello. My odometer just started slowing down last week. It stopped recording the milage. I took the instrument cluster out and too the clear cover off. The numbers would not turn. I loosened them up and reset my milage on the odometer. The next morning it moved slightly and stopped. Every other gauge works on the cluster, event the trip meter. Can anyone offer a fix for this. Thanks in advance.
