2000 HX, Monitors reading "not ready"

2000 HX, Monitors reading "not ready"
I'm dumbfounded. I don't know what to do to get this car street legal. I've done the drive cycle probably 30 times in total. I've driven over 1,500 miles. I need help... Has anybody experienced this before? Any recommendations?

any luck? What drive cycle did u do? I had this problem too but was able to get it passed by buying a cheap obd2 reader and doing the drive cycle then asking the smog guy to not turn the car off
