Does anyone know where to buy a inexpensive replacement 2002 Civic EX front driver side fender, painted black?
I've been searching on Google and all I see are primed ones, not painted ones.

Used-- is about the cheapest way you will get one in the color you want.

Find something that sounds close, in the color you need, call a human tomorrow and ask about it.
When I needed a door and rear fender for my GFs Saturn, I called an LKQ facility and they found the correct color car in their network, and got the parts sent to me on one of their trucks in less than a work week.
