Flap on fuel door getting stuck open??

Flap on fuel door getting stuck open??
Hey I was wondering if anyone else's 2001 civic has ever had the trap door inside the fuel tank get stuck open? The trap door that you open with the nozzle of the hose on the fuel pump. It's hard to explain but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Thanks
