I just got a free em2 with 250k what should I start fixing

I just got a free em2 with 250k what should I start fixing
I’ve had the car for like 3 months now I’ve been fixing everything that threw up a code so far I have like one more and it’s an o2 sensor as far as I remember I pulled the valve cover to replace the seals and do an adjustment on the valves anything else I should do or need to do

Any history on the timing belt? I’d do that and the tensioner if unknown.
