Pretty sure the roof seal trim is one piece. Only way to fix it would be to replace the whole thing.

yeah, it's the underside rubber separating from the molding. Best fix is a replacement of said roof molding. You can see the rubber cracking on the outboard side of the molding in your pictures

#8/9 on the diagram (passenger/driver side, respectively). The clips are like $1ish each (probably $2/ea if you go to a dealership), the molding is like $75 plus shipping each (probably $130/ea if you go to a dealership)
