Sealing off the car

I want to seal off the inside from outside of the car including all the engine smells that I get when theres a coolant hose leak or whatever. For some reason in this car I can smell everything when something goes wrong. Coolant leak, transmission leak, oil smells, etc.
Not really seeing that in other cars is this normal for this civic? Or is there a faulty seal at the firewall, undercarriage, windshield or hvac area?

I have health issues and can't stand the fumes, smells. Again it's just this car, been driving beater cars and dont see this an issue when all the windows are closed and the air is on recirculate (I tried that doesnt work).

Any kits I can buy if its hvac to completely block outside air from going in?
Any ways I can seal the firewall or do anything to fix this or at least lessen the issue?

I own a 2010 Honda Civic LX (not the original owner).

Fix the issues with the car. A properly running and maintained car has no odors. You also don’t want to seal the car up as it’s suppose to flow fresh air into and out of the cabin.

100% this
If you're smelling something, something is wrong, and this is giving you an indication so you can fix it before it gets worse
