Can you adjust the position of the rearview mirror in a 2013 Civic LX? The base has a ball and socket and looks like it should be adjustable but it doesn’t move when I try to swivel it and I’m afraid that I’ll break it if I try too hard. I’m not talking about the day/night tab. I’m average height and I find the placement of the mirror really bad because it blocks my view. It would be better if it were an inch higher.
