Check airbag system pop up and light
I have a 2013 Honda Civic LX with 172,000 kilometres on it and since last 10 days the pop message “Check Airbag Systems” and the airbag light on the instrument panel comes on after few minutes of starting the car .
The light comes and goes , mostly comes once the car warms up but not when the engine and car are cold in morning .
Any ideas what is this about ? I will be trading the car in next 3-4 months and in would ideally not take a hit when trading it in .
Please suggest how to reset this and diagnose the issue myself if possible .
