Blinker Not Working

Blinker Not Working
I've had a hyper blinker for the last two years, and it hasn't given me a problem until recently. At first it would occassionally not work, but now it barely works at all. Sometimes it will come on for like a couple of seconds, then stop. It never works where I'm making a left at a traffic light. I've tried replacing 3 15 amp fuses in the ECU box for the headlights, and I've replaced all the signal bulbs in the front and rear. Tomorrow I'm going to switch the original relay back in and see if it fixes the problem. Can anyone give me any help on this?

Rep Power: 315 Oh yea, both signals work when I turn on my hazard lights as well. I read up about a possibly loose ground, but that doesn't make much sense consider the hazards always work. If it still could be the ground could someone give me some help on where to look?
