I too got a lease for the good deal they had....well when they went to do the credit check on me I said I wont be approved, thats why I have my Dad here to co-sign with me, my sales man said, oh it wont hurt to try...so I did and what do you know! I didnt get approved, so like I told him, my dad had to co-sign...anyway, when it came down to the monthly payments...I was told it went up $27 because my credit didnt get approved! COULDNT HURT TO TRY MY A$$!!! Then she tells me that my warranty is only for 3 years, and I will be charged another $15 a month for the 4th year....Well what happened to that question I asked my sales man three days before about..."The warranty is covered for all four years of the lease?" "Ohhhh yeah ofcourse it is"
So instead of my monthly payments being $180 something, now paying $222 cause Honda likes to screw you up the A$$...Oh it also took me 1 1/2 months to finally get my second key from them, cause I went down there wondering where the hell it was after being told 5 different times it was sent out to me, the parts guy was also going to charge me to make a new key if they couldnt find it!!!!!! when its there damn fault!!!!!grrrrrr >:O Never go to Baron Honda on Long Island

i go to airport marina honda for service, they are pretty cool and service cars with mods... (the guy in the parts store owns a bagged SI coupe and they sell mods, at a dealer LOLz)
i went there to get my a/c installed (hx doesn't come with a/c) and when they put my tsunami front back on, they didn't tuck the splash guard in... the splash guard ended up flying off in the freeway (good thing i was on the right lane)... they replaced it under warranty for me without any hassles...

Also, you didn't need the warranty for the 4th year. They sold you an extended warranty! The finance guy really got ya on that deal.

Rep Power: 0 whatever anyone does try to return your car close to stock when bringing it in and dont be afraid to raise hell and alot of time if you complain like a little kid (with a few educated points) theres not alot they can do, bring up the law, talk to honda america, talk to the regional manager but dont let them screw you because you wanted to put a few parts on your car

there are also LAWERS who will wrk for free for you to get the needed repairs done to your car THATS RIGHT FOR FREE.......
A concumer rights are protected by requiring the manufacter/warrantor to pay for all fees for a successful case

As of now the dealer wont warrenty my AC cuz i have NOS...How does NOS FU#$ up your ac clutch...he said that i must have hit a high RPM when i hit the NOS and broke the ac clutch, Just because you see NOS int he car doesnt mean i use it all the time Besides...MR dumb *** manager. havnt you heard of a little thing called a revlimitor....this prevents the car from exceeding the breaking point of the motor and all its parts...so if i didnt damge the motot then i couldnt have damaged the ac motor or its clucth...Infact they wouldnt even wrking on the damn thing cuz the saw NOS LINES....he didnt see the bottle cuz it was in my garage where its been for months ....

Rep Power: 0 bloodzombie they did the same thing to me, after trying to get like 3 people to co-sign and none of them helped, they cut me a deal after about a month of dealing with them.. Sopposedly the dealer person who sold me the car, cut me a deal and he went above his mang. and talked to the top mang and told him the story and cut me a deal .. so I kept my same 2.9 apr and they lowered my monthly payments and price on the car so my credit would be accepted. He told me the dealership had to pay for some of my car for this. Sounds like I came out winning, but it still seems fishy. THe finance guys are some *******s, this one demanded me to come in and sign some papers, I had class that day told him it wouldn't happen, he even cussed over the phone haha I just laughed at him..

Rep Power: 0 well they changed their tone when i gave them the law i printed up....and then they tried to make stuff up and i was like well if u really wana tell my lawyar that i am sure he would love to eat it up in court and they were like ummmm (one thing they told me was i brought rev up above 5k lol i was ok u tell my lawyar that) and then they said my wheels were to heave and i shot that down........And now my called and said our lawyers will come up here if they have to and we are waiting for a call back!!!!!!!!

Rep Power: 0 yo all, most dealerships suck when it comes to warranty coverage due to the fact; the warranty will only cover the exact time they claim it takes to fix a car. anyone that pickes up a wrench knows this does not always apply to reality. So the dealer can't really make the money they want. If one does have a defect, screwe the dealership and use your right for service. on the other hand if one has mods in there car and regardless if you think it is a defect; learn how to work on your ride. Don't expect to keep coming back to the dealer.

Alright, lets be reasonable here. Personally I think it would be really stupid to bring your car in for warranty work with a frickin NOS bottle in the trunk. Although it may not affect many of the cars systems, the dealer could say so, and he may be correct. Anything that alters the original state or performance does have the potential to F things up. Alot of kids with Hondas do crappy work with their mods. From what I've heard though, yes..most dealers are dicks. I haven't had any experience with a modified car in for service, but the dealership here was excellent about a passenger window that shattered all by itself. They even took a door panel out of a new civic out on the lot because they didn't have one in stock. (it got scratched from glass)
