Here's what happens sometimes. When I use the preset station 1 the radio will beep as if storing a new station and then freeze. No button works except switching it off or to CD. After a while it goes back to normal. I have found that I can avoid this altogether if I don't use preset #1.

Anybody else experience this?

sounds defective. how about resetting the headunit...? (removing fuse)

Alright I will try that to see if solves the problem. It's hard to get the dealer to pay attention because it doesn't do it all the time.
