Im taking my car in wednesday cause when i depress the clutch, i have a squeeling sound coming from under the hood. Honda says its a common problem for them, Just to give you guys a heads up if yours starts doing this.

Its sounds like the Honda TSB for the squeeky clutch pedal.. where they re-grease a fitting on the clutch master cylinder.

I was just about to post a topic about this. When I hit 1rst up to about 30 and then slam the clutch really hard I hear a really high pitched squeak come from the engine bay. Doesn't sound all that bad to me but it's starting to get annoying and it only happens in first gear.

i got it done today, they sat out in the shop for i know 30 minutes pressing the clutch in until the guy saw me laughing and asked me why?i told him it only happens when shifting form 1st to 2nd(i told him this like 2 minutes before he pulled the car into the shop), they just gave my keys back, they didnt tell me what it was.

So you got it fixed then? They didnt give you a repair order or anything that says what they did to fix it?

no, the repair order said"repair squeek in the clutch pedal" thats all.

Your noise may have nothing to do with the clutch at all. You are beating the snot outta the car when the noise happens....lol
