cross threaded

i have a cross threaded lugnut on an inset lug rim. how do i get this bitch off?

The best way is to take it to a tire shop or any shop, and have them remove it with a impact gun, the speed of a impact gun should get it off. I've removed many stripped lugs nuts this way, it doesn't matter if the threads are stripped or the nut head is stripped this will work. Of course you'll have to replace the nut or the stud or both once its removed.
