Raaarrrrrrrrr sound at Highway speeds

Raaarrrrrrrrr sound at Highway speeds
I have a 2001 EX coupe with 52,000 mi on it
From about 30mph+ it has been making a sound that can be best described as a "Rrraaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"
As speed increases, the pitch of the sound gets higher and higher.
The sound is indepedent of engine speed... I can put the car in netural and coast and will still have the sound. If I rev the engine while coasting, the sound stays constant while the engine noise changes.
Anybody experience this?

Rep Power: 0 Took it in and the service advisor and I went for a test drive.... he heard it right away. They have had it two days trying to troubleshoot the problem.... they think it's either the transmission or a wheel bearing...
