Flaking Paint on Bumper

Has anyone had the paint flake off the front/rear bumper and has the dealer done anything about it? I have about a 2" piece missing behind the rear wheel, rocks must have started it but it shouldn't run like that! Maybe I just need to buy the rear mud flaps...

TopFuel will become famous soon enough
If you can prove that rocks didn't chip it off, then the dealer will take your car and repaint the whole thing for free. Its under warranty.

I had paint chipping off right beneath both taillights in the exact same spot. There's a TSB concerning this. I went to the dealer, and they repainted my whole bumper. No hassle.

Did the paint match? I think that painting is the worst option because I don't really want a respray on a newer car. Maybe I'll just get FLAPS!

Thanks. Craig

The dealer that I go to doesn't do their own body work. They send it to a professional body shop. To answer your question, yes, the paint matched perfectly. Any good paint shop should be able to match the paint in accordance with any fade you might have.
