more power
how can i add more power on a civic 2001 ex i already got intake injen dc headers and interactive muffler, am not worry about the money i just want more power is there any engines that will fit the 01 civic out there.
put your flame suit on it is gonna get ugly in here please search but yes there are other engines that fit our cars the k20 line from the rsx's and u can always go turbo there are a few members who have custom turbo setups check them in the members rides section
Change your intake manifold
Upgrade your ECU
Get a lighter flywheel
Upgrade the clutch
Change your cat converter or run a straight pipe (if your state allows it)
Upgrade your ignition
Get a limited slip differential (manual transmission) or a torque converter (automatic transmission)
Get nitrous... but do your homework first
Upgrade your engine internals
Get a custom turbo
Drive on lightweight 15 inch rims
Don't depend on the aftermarket so much (for ENGINE mods)
K20A2 swap if you have $10k.
K20A swap if you're rich.
EDIT: Don't forget to upgrade your braking power... going faster is one thing but slowing down is more important in any situation.

Yeah searching and researching car modding is a good idea.....
Civic engine blocks are not easy to add hp to. The easiest way to
add hp is to do an engine swap but that is expensive. Turbos are
another option but if you want real results 200hp+ with a turbo you need
to replace yer whole engine practically. Turbos are still expensive for our
cars though, but hey, you said you have the cash. Read up have fun
