Scratches on black bumper! help!

what should i do!

is there any paint i could buy to fix this predicament? the scratches are white. quite visible. where did they come from? i don't know. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

My wife's back bumper had a few from a shopping cart and what I did was:
WASHED BUMPER
PAINT CLEANER
PAINT POLISH
WAXED...FIXED
