EX Engine noise... any experiences?

EX Engine noise... any experiences?
My 02 EX auto has that rattling noise, but the dealer said the TSB on the engine rattle dont apply to it cause my CHECK ENGIN ELIGHT is not on. So what can it be then? The engine also hisses as you give it gas... like theres a hole in the exhaust.. towards the front of the car. Or maybe this hissing is normal? It only hisses and slightly rattles as you give it a firm push on the gas pedal. sounds like a tin can. Thanks for your insight [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG]
