New Wheels

I just put on some 17s 205/40/17. They are gunmetal motegi mr7's
And I just got done getting them put on at a tire place, and when i drove away and got up to about 60 mph the wheel started to shake.
I called the tire place back and he told me it was normal for my kind of low profile tires.
So my question is, IS THIS NORMAL? When i go above 60 i get some steering wheel vibration.

No, it's not normal. Sounds like something is out of balance.

Alright i got them rebalanced, but they still have a very slight vibration above 60. almost not noticible but noticible over the stock tires. He told me its probably the wheels them selves and he wouldn't put weights on the outside of the rim cause it would look bad. I agreed.
And also after installing the rims and tires the car also pulls to the right a tiny bit. Any ideas?

Go to a place that will balance them with the weights on the inside...

The 2002 SI rims have the weights on the inside lip.

For the pulling? Get an alignment......
