Suggestion/help on paint scratches

What happened was, I guess some friggin idiot didn't have good judgement and rubbed my car while my car was parked. I didn't even know it happened til well afterwords. The damage isn't deep and no dents, in fact, it didn't get into my paint. Some of the other car's paint is on my clear coat surface. Can anybody give me any suggestions on what I can do to fix this problem. Will claying work. Please give me the brand name of the stuff you will be suggesting. Thanks guys!

If they're light, use a scratch remover. Mothers Scratch X, Kit Scratch out, etc.... Whatever. I use the cheap stuff, and it works. I've heard you can also use toothpaste (the actual white paste stuff), because it's basically just a mild polishing compound. Just wax the spot after you use the stuff.
