Honda have to or dont have to?

I just notice that my rear deck was rattling from my music being turned up a little louder than usual. So i did a search and saw that it was on the service bueltin. So i took it in to the dealership and asked if they can fix it. I drop it off and then they call me and say that they cant find the rattle. They say it may be my "AFTERMARKET LICENCE FRAME HOLDER!" Wat a buch of BS!! Even if i dont have a rattle do they still need to fix the deck becuase of the service bueltin? Or...?

solar is an unknown quantity at this point
Those rear decks rattle like a son of a bch, the dealer doesn't want to deal with it because they don't make any money off the repair. The deck panel is easy to fix, just remove the deck and rim the edges with double sided tape from Office Depot, also tape up the 3rd brake light lense because that will rattle soon. My car probably has 50 feet of double sided tape in it keeping rattles at bay, but it doesn't rattle now.
