new paint is spider webbing
I just got my rear bumper painted about two months ago beacuse i got in an accident and now there are two spots one is less than the size of a penny and the other one is about the size of a penny and it looks like a spider web. does this happen with bad paint or could ithave been a rock or another car. I dont think it is because there were no other scratches or scrapes and it just happened today. what do you guys think

They might have not added enough flex additive to the paint and it might be cracking because its on a flex point. I would take it back and complain, and if there uncooperative threaten to call your insurance comp who im assuming paid for it.
i just replied to a paint question in another area but ill repost
I just talked to a guy I know that works in the Service Dept at my dealer. He said that there is at least a 3year warranty on the paint. Actually some areas have a longer warranty then others due to the climate, like mine is a standard 5yrs in Chicago. So check with the dealer, but it is warrantied to a point.
