Rep Power: 0 Did the glass swell or did the paint swell? if it's paint then it's cheap painted bulbs, if its the glass the glass melted cause the wattage and/or it got tooo hot fro prolonged use[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 457 Plain and simple ... you touched the bulb! Heheh. That's what happens when you get oil on them. They're *very* sensitive. It may take a few days for that to happen, but the oil 'cooks' the bulb. Gotta be careful next time.

Rep Power: 457 A lot of people are having good experiences with both Nokya and Hiper Industries bulbs. You can find them for about $20-$25 online all over the place. If you want to spend a little more money, get some PIAA HyperWhites. Or even more money, and get the Super Plasma or Super Plasma GTs.
