Check out my Headlight!!!!
Did the glass swell or did the paint swell? if it's paint then it's cheap painted bulbs, if its the glass the glass melted cause the wattage and/or it got tooo hot fro prolonged use

Plain and simple ... you touched the bulb! Heheh. That's what happens when you get oil on them. They're *very* sensitive. It may take a few days for that to happen, but the oil 'cooks' the bulb. Gotta be careful next time.

A lot of people are having good experiences with both Nokya and Hiper Industries bulbs. You can find them for about $20-$25 online all over the place. If you want to spend a little more money, get some PIAA HyperWhites. Or even more money, and get the Super Plasma or Super Plasma GTs.
