Car Accelerating on its own

While in drive or driving, when trying to come to a full stop or trying to slow down, the car will continue to accelerate. Only after pressing the brake down hard will the car stop accelerating on its own.
Basically without pressing on the acceleration the car will accelerate on it’s on very slowly.
Normally when releasing the acceleration pedal, the car will slowly slow down on its own, instead now it maintains the speed and even increases.

Jhonda has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Sounds like your throttle body is hanging up check to see if it returns correctly when done by hand. Or it could be you throttle body control sensor (located on the throttle body itself black with 2 screws in it.
I had this problem when I got my GUDE throttle body so they sent me a new one
