roaches in my intake

i still use the stock airbox for my intakes. i cleaned the filter element and a small roach climbed out of the butterfly in the throttle then in to the idle bypass hole (just above the butterfly). to my dissappointment after trying to get it out i started the engine and floored it. i noticed some detonation and i hope it gets fried by my plugs and its ashes out to my exhaust. damn it, it will also contaminate my oil!

a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and a little high RPM driving will flush that bugger out and creemate him..and clean the engine well and good.... Don't worry about it too much.

Are you freakin serious? ROACHES in your car? WTF? Do you live some where that is so infested that they are actually in your car? Man, there is this place that just opened up...new technology, they have these exterminators that come in and kill these things for you...really hi-tech squirt guns that shoot poison on the little buggers... or you might just want to move man, and tell the neighbors to clean up there shiet hole because their room mates are trying to borrow your car...

Well if the roach was there before your car got to your house, (when you picked it up) that would have happened right away. Not later. dont blame the car.
