I honestly believe they felt sorry for me. Or I felt sorry for me.
Needs control arms sway end links new struts all around a positive battery cable and said there was oil "seeping" out of the motor. 362k... she's old.
so idk what to do. Do I fix it? I can't afford a new car and honestly can replace everything myself, not including the oil drip problem.
anyone even know where I can get motor mounts for a 2004 Honda civic hybrid?
they said 2200 in parts alone and I priced the aftermarket route and I'm looking at less than 400 bucks if I can find an aftermarket set of motor mounts for a hybrid. Apparently, the hybrid and 1.7L don't have the same mounts

Struts are easy to fit if you but the complete assembly (quick struts).
sway bar links aren't bad, same with the control arms, check the balljoints while you're there.
How bad is the oil leak?
unless you're losing alot of oil I would ignore it.
Does the battery cable just need a new terminal?
Getting good quality aftermarket parts are usually cheaper than Honda parts, double check pricing between the two of them though sometimes the Honda part is cheaper

I asked the guy at the counter about the leak and he didn't specify. He said it wasn't bad but it was coming out. Probably a gasket here or there.
The ball joints will probably need replacing too. I just need to come off of the dough and say that it's worth it in the long run.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
