2003 Honda Civic Hybrid Code p0141 & p1130

Hello, just replaced my cat converter on my civic and now im getting the codes p0141 and p1130, in that order, on my OBD reader, should I go ahead and just buy the 2 new denso downstream sensors or is it possible that i will still get the p0141 code even after replacing the sensors?

Sooo did you use electrical contact cleaner on the 02 connectors when you pulled them apart?

Did the wrench slip and yank on a wire while you were removing the sensors?

Did you drop the sensor?

Did you install a carb certified cat converter?

1. Not that I know of.
.2. nope.
3. nope.
4 Yes.

the two downstream sensors are the one that came with the car (Bought of craigslist) and i think that theyre aftermarket. we replaced the main sensor with one we bought from the honda dealership (Probably overpaid like crazy but oh well)

Of course! The code doesn't have to be caused by a sensor at all. The code definition relates to the heater CIRCUIT failing, which includes far more than just the sensor

Yeah they are kinda delicate and it's entirely possible you now have a bad sensor.

But
Test, don't guess.

Assuming this has one primary and two rear sensors, I'd ohm check the heater portion of the middle sensor (code P0141 is for the second sensor heater circuit). I've got a note that says the rears should test at about 3.3 ohms cold

should I go ahead and just buy the 2 new denso
Original sensors were NTK? I've got pics of the dual sensors being NTK. If yours were in fact NTK, please replace them with NTK. You may need to use a wire wheel to clean off the rust to see the brand name on the side of the sensor

Look them up here:

Original sensors, removed and cleaned enough to see the brand:
