What kind of car is this?

Does it have ABS? TCS? VSA?

Kinda sounds like an electric motor squealing.

So the noise must be coming from the ABS pump/motor

If you wish to prove the noise is from the ABS system, disable the system so the pump cannot operate then drive it again in the same manner as before--confirm no noises along with lots of uncontrollable skidding.....

BUT STAY AWAY FROM TRAFFIC because it would seem you have been driving far too fast for slippery road conditions this entire time, and without the ABS enabled to save your *** you could crash and burn and kill innocent victims

Quit trying to slide around in the snow, put good tires under it, drive in a safe and sane manner, and the pump won't make noise if it's not running constantly.
