2005 Civic Si, grinding noise when cold starting

2005 Civic Si, grinding noise when cold starting Hey everyone,
We have a 2005 Civic Si (MT), and recently it's been making a fun noise just after starting. I'm no master mechanic, but I'm wondering if the starter drive gear on the starter isn't pulling back quickly enough. I had my wife take a video on a cold start the other day, she kind of jingled the keys at a bad time. You'll notice that after the car turns over there is about 1 second of some sort of grinding noise.
I just wanted to get another opinion before I dive into the starter being the culprit. When I get a second set of hands tonight I'll get a video from inside the engine bay with her starting it and see if I can't hear better, please let me know if I can provide any additional detail as well.
