My 01 civic keeps popping outta 3rd 4th 5th gear and 2nd even engage.
So my 01 civic keeps poppin outta gear while driving.. It doesnt go into 2nd gear just grinds n does not engage so i have to shift from 1st to 3rd, 3rd engages but after I get past 3000 RPMs it pops out of gear same with 4th gear and 5th gear and reversed has no issues.. but when car is not in motion it goes into all 5 gears any idea of what it is and how it could be fixed?

Change fluid.....if that doesn't help and it still grinds 2nd then you're probably looking at opening the trans up for an overhaul
Also the shifter itself can have issues with the pivot ball splitting in half but that makes the shift lever jam and bind.

Popping out of gears, highly likely cause is your synchros going out. Like ezone said, change your fluid, sometimes that works for a while, otherwise you're looking at popping open your transmission to replace those.

Also check for bad engine mounts/torque mounts. Your engine will rock more which leads to shift linkage/shift forks being moved out of gear.
