Green key light off I mobilize on
What does this mean? What problem does the car have, exactly?

Take your time, use all the words you need to describe the situation so we can fully understand it.

Okay I have a 2002 Honda Civic Green key light off I mobilize on . not start well it cranks and I got a lot of crank but it won't start there's no green light when I put the key in the ignition that would tell me the immobilizer is not working so I think that the fuel pump is locked out correct?

also the key is really worn Out comes out if you put it on the on position the key can come out it doesn't lock in so I believe the ignition cylinder is worn out.

Do you still have your owners manual?

Read all about how the immobilizer green light is supposed to work.
THEN decide if you don't have an immobilizer problem.
