Red airbag light should go out after 6 seconds....if it stays on there is a problem

Side airbag light see owners manual for proper operation and if you put stuff in the seat that can trip the light

What position is the key in when you see them?

I have to ask because of people have no idea that all the lights turn on, on the gauge in position II, before starting.

Re: 2001 honda civic

To clear oil light.

Push and hold the trip reset button before turning the key at all (left hand).

Turn the ignition to position II, while holding the trip button.

Wait about 10 seconds until the light turns off.
